Complaints Procedure

We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of an NHS system for dealings with complaints our system meets national criteria. Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of care, and to act quickly if problems arise. We welcome ideas/suggestions to improve the smooth running of the practice. If you have any comments or suggestions please use the Suggestion Box near the front reception area.
