We now have another member of staff at the practice who is a Musculoskeletal (MSK) Specialist.

Sarah Golding has worked as an MSK Physiotherapist for 20 years and was previously based at Southend Hospital working closely with orthopaedics, rheumatology and pain management, she now works in various GP surgeries offering consultations for various musculoskeletal problems.

If you have a problem with arthritis, back pain, neck pain, injuries, sprains, strains, sports injuries,  tendonitis, nerve problems like carpal tunnel syndrome, or problems post orthopaedic surgery,  phone the surgery and an appointment can be booked directly with Sarah without you needing to speak to a GP first.

Sarah is able to assess, diagnose, order any investigations that are needed, offer expert advice on how best to manage your condition, offer corticosteroid injection if appropriate and will refer onto specialist services at the hospital as needed. This is a relatively new service locally but has been working fantastically well with great feedback from patients in other areas in and around Southend-on-Sea!
